Blue cornflower grown on the farm here in Loophead adds flecks of vibrant deep blue to this rainbow expolsion of colours. Hibiscus gives a deep red and a spicy sweetness, Rose balances, warms and lightens. Calendula gives its cheerful orange and bright yellow burst and Mallow calms and relaxes and soothes with it's indigo-blue darkness.
Each flower is carefully selcted to bring something different to this blend. Whether you use it for cocktails or tea, baking or simply creating art, this is a vibrant burst of floral colour that will brighten your day.

Storage and shelf life
Keep your dried edible flowers in a cool dry place and they will maintain their beautiful vibrant colours and flavours. A storage tin or box is perfect. They will keep in the bag they arrive in also, but once opened may eventually absorb some moisture from the atmosphere so it's advisable to either keep the bag closed or transfer to a lidded container.
Flowers have a long shelf life of up to a year or more: for expiry date check individual labels.
