Pink Irish flower Salt:
Atlantic sea salt stained pink by maceration with botannicals to give it a colourful pink base with flecks of orange, blue, green, purple and deep red.
A truly beautiful finishing salt, this mixture of wild harvested daisies, Loophead grown cornflowers, whole crumbled Calendula flowers, rose petals and whole crumbled hibiscus flowers will give any dish you create extra color, flavour, texture and taste. Sprinkle over salads, appetisers, casseroles, soups, pasta dishes, roasted veg and even desserts. Use in cooking or as a garnish to beautify any kitchen creation and impress those you cook for with your cheffy style.
This product comes to you in a beautiful, durable cardboard jar with a water resistant lining.

Wild harvested Seaweed Sea Salt:
A blend of highly nutritious seaweeds is mixed into this Atlantic sea salt, which can be used for cooking or as a stunning finishing salt.
Wonderful in Japanese cooking and can be used to add a rich savoury flavour to many soups, stews, casseroles, ramen, dumplings and breads. Can also be used as a thickener or as a dramatic finishing salt. This blend of seaweeds is rich in Iodine and a good source of protein, fibre, Vitamins A, C, E and B vitamins, Iron, polyunsaturated fatty acids and antioxidants.
All Seaweed is wild harvested by hand in County Clare using sustainable methods and with a deep respect for nature and the complex ecosystems that surround these natural resources. This is why seaweed sea salt is made in small batches, resulting in a genuinely unique product which is as kind to the environment as it is to you.

Black Garlic:
Two whole, unpeeled bulbs containing many cloves of delicious, squidgy black garlic. So sweet and soft you can eat it straight from the packet, this incredible squidgy black garlic is full of plummy, tamarind rich notes and is chewy and soft in texture. Smudge it over bruschetta, blitz it into mayo or make a garlic bread to remember!
Compliments curries of all descriptions, incredible in ramen and brings a tomato and basil soup to a new level.
Umami and sweet at the same time, this is flavour heaven. Pair with cheese and crackers for an evening in, use in a miraid of recipes or just carry with you for a healthy, more-ish snack.

Edible flowers:
This rainbow mix of edible flowers contains 100% natural whole flowers, blended together to make a well balanced floral tissan (naturally caffiene free tea without the "tea" leaves).
Blue cornflower grown on the farm here in Loophead adds flecks of vibrant deep blue to this rainbow explosion of colours. Hibiscus gives a deep red and a spicy sweetness, Rose balances, warms and lightens. Calendula gives its cheerful orange and bright yellow burst and Mallow calms and relaxes and soothes with it's indigo-blue darkness.
Each flower is carefully selcted to bring something different to this blend. Whether you use it for cocktails or tea, baking or simply creating art, this is a vibrant burst of floral colour that will brighten your day. It's a cosmos of colour inside!
 
Sea salad mix edible seaweeds:
Sustainably hand harvested on the coast of west Clare, this is a mix of dried seaweeds  including Dillisk, Sea Lettuce, Carrageenan, Nori, Sea spaghetti, Kombu, Sugar kelp and Alaria. Use to thicken sauces and soups, mix with lemon and sweetened hot water for a soothing drink, ise in cooking to add complex umami flavour and a miraid of nutrients.
Limited edition sleep tea:
Containing Valerian, Linden flower, chamomile, Lavender, Mugwort and Calendula, this is a soothing and deeply relaxing tea designed to help you drift off naturally into a deep, dream filled sleep. Infuse for a few minutes in freshly boiled water, strain and enjoy before bed.
All packaged in compostable gift wrap with dried flowers from the farm.
