Rose is well known for it's distinctly perfumed floral notes and it's associations with love and romance. 
These versatile rose buds are beautiful in food presentation, cocktails, dessert syrups and crafting.
 
For rose tea, brew a heaped teaspoon of buds in a cup of freshly boiled water for a few minutes.
Rose is also good to mix with other dried flowers and herbs for your own tea blends. Mix with chamomile for a sleep tea, or with calendula and hibiscus for a morning tea that's fruity and floral.
